Customer Liaison -Logistics

Job Overview:
In this role, you will be integral to the shorten commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, driving operational success and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate seamlessly between customers and production.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and control of customer orders
- Coordination with customers and production
- Monitoring and processing tasks in customer portals
- Supporting container management and packaging changes
- Creating and publishing loading lists for shipment
- Processing manual orders
- Internally providing customer data for all departments, e.g., customer orders, contacts, packaging plans
- Supporting inventory and stock management including corrections
- Maintaining customer master data in the ERP system and monitoring the EDI interface with its references
- Supporting empties management and further development of the system
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, IATF16949 processes, and 5S rules
- Contributing to continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- Supporting company activities in health, safety, and environmental protection
- Economical and conscious use of all environmentally relevant resources (energy, materials, auxiliary/operating materials)
- Implementing all environmental and occupational safety requirements
Education/Work Experience Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in customer service
- High commitment and independence, as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ideally experienced with an ERP
- Level C1 in both German and English
